My work in Early Childhood has always come from a passion to enrich the lives of children through high quality provision. But this is only possible through a highly skilled workforce who truly understand and appreciate the importance of the first five years in a child's life.
Children will only get one childhood- fact.
What they experience during that period will shape their identity and their future.
My aims have and always will be to support professionals who work with chidren to become the best version of themselves, understand the importance of the work we do, and have secure knowledge and skill in the areas that matter most to children's success.
Why the Early Years Coach?
My experience over 3 decades has given me vast insight into the world of early childhood. My experiences have given me a wealth of valuable skills and knowledge across a range of topics. Through my work however, I started to feel that I was unable to use this incredible bank of knowledge in the best ways and that is when the Early Years Coach was born.
Helping others to realise their vision through a coaching model offers a supportive and collaborative approach to making a difference.
