Service Description

The inspection recovery helps providers understand the root cause of the judgement and how to make robust changes that support improved outcomes at re-inspection and beyond. This plan includes an initial consultation, a full day on-site for discovery, with report, up to 6 on-line review and coaching sessions, and a final on-site achieving excellence audit and report before re-inspection * see terms and conditions page Visit the contact page to request a call back and book.


Cancellation Policy

All services must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Cancellation of services will only be accepted within 30 days of booking commencement date. A cancellation fee of 25% will be deducted from any refund. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will not be refunded. For retainer services a minimum term of 1 month applies to all retainer services. Cancellations will not be accepted after the commencement of service date. Cancellation of services will only be accepted within 30 days of service commencement date. A cancellation fee of 25% will be deducted from any refund. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure paid hours are used as no refunds will be given for unused hours. 50% of hours (30 hours) must be used within the first 3 months. The remaining 30 hours must be used no later than 6 months.
