Service Description
This quality audit provides setting with a comprehensive overview of how the setting is performing and provides a detailed report about the care and quality in the setting as well as feedback across all activities that would be covered in an inspection. This plan includes initial consultation, notification call, full day audit, feedback and detailed report including the evaluation of the day and areas for development around inspection activities. Cancellation Policy
All services must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Cancellation of services will only be accepted within 30 days of booking commencement date. A cancellation fee of 25% will be deducted from any refund. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will not be refunded. For retainer services a minimum term of 1 month applies to all retainer services. Cancellations will not be accepted after the commencement of service date. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure paid hours are used as no refunds will be given for unused hours. 50% of hours (30 hours) must be used within the first 3 months. The remaining 30 hours must be used no later than 6 months.
