Service Description
Be perfectly prepared for your registration visit and banish the nerves with a comprehensive checklist and practice visit prior to your registration visit. This plan includes a documentation check to ensure all is in order, a tour of the premises, interview to determine EYFS knowledge and a full written report with recommendations and any actions to address ahead of your visit. Cancellation Policy
All services must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Cancellation of services will only be accepted within 30 days of booking commencement date. A cancellation fee of 25% will be deducted from any refund. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will not be refunded. For retainer services a minimum term of 1 month applies to all retainer services. Cancellations will not be accepted after the commencement of service date. Cancellation of services will only be accepted within 30 days of service commencement date. A cancellation fee of 25% will be deducted from any refund. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure paid hours are used as no refunds will be given for unused hours. 50% of hours (30 hours) must be used within the first 3 months. The remaining 30 hours must be used no later than 6 months.
