Retain the on line services of the Early Years Coach for a fixed term
Service Description
Retainer services are a great way to have access to information, complete projects, review policies and lots more. Save time and worry by retaining the services of someone to do it for you. You choose the support or project you need completing and let the Early Years Coach do the rest. This plan has a minimum booking of 10 hours per month for minimum 6 months. 50% of hours must be used within 3 months and the remainder within 6 months. Cancellation Policy
All services must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Cancellation of services will only be accepted within 30 days of booking commencement date. A cancellation fee of 25% will be deducted from any refund. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will not be refunded. For retainer services a minimum term of 1 month applies to all retainer services. Cancellations will not be accepted after the commencement of service date. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure paid hours are used as no refunds will be given for unused hours. 50% of hours (30 hours) must be used within the first 3 months. The remaining 30 hours must be used no later than 6 months.
